Shocking, wake-up call.
When I first started working with Alek in 2020, it was a massive revelation on a personal note, and so I invited him to share his story in our leaders’ round — and wow, what a story. Half of the team cried, some even left for a while, and others… well, couldn’t feel at all, as it hit home way too much.
But his keynote on “I Wish I Was Never Born” was the most intriguing, self-reflective, painful, pitiful, and angry story I’ve ever heard. And all those emotions happened at the same moment.
After talking to the whole team about it for days, four of our colleagues decided to work with Alek on their trauma — and looking back years later, our productivity rose and sick leave was literally destroyed.
Great story, and what a powerful man. He is gentle, vulnerable, pained, and always looking out to make you think.
Respect, Alek.

These keynotes aren’t performances — they’re lived experiences I barely survived.
I’m not a speaker who learned how to speak.
Every word I say, I’ve lived through. I’ve bled for. I’ve earned.
That’s why it hits differently — because it’s real.
I speak because some stories shake people awake.
Because silence costs lives.
Because one honest voice can shift the entire room.
If you want to move people — not just motivate them…
If you’re ready to challenge how they see trauma, resilience, identity, and truth —
Then book the keynote.
It’s not just powerful. It might just save someone.
