Our HR team had some unresolved issues going on and a normal approach wasn’t working, and I came across Alek’s site. Since he had worked with us in a different capacity before, I thought, why not? And within our first meeting, Alek said the things that we simply could not, would not, or didn’t dare to say. It was stated in a harsh but so clear and solution-driven way that no one took it personally — as I remember him saying in the beginning: “Whatever we do here is not about you, but about the dynamic of this group.”
