  • CHF 100 per session

  • Packages available:

    • 5 sessions for CHF 450

    • 10 sessions for CHF 900

 
 
Online Training
 

  • Zoom or WhatsApp video sessions

  • Daily, Weekly check-ins + custom training plans

  • Flexible pricing: CHF 35–75/hour

  • Based on your financial situation and goals

• Dumbbell chest press – 1 x failure
• Dumbbell flies – 1 x failure
• Scapula push-up – 1 x failure
• Push-up stretch – 1 x failure
