Barbell squats on arms – 6 x 5
Z press (floor or bench) – 6 x 5
Leg-up triceps push – 6 x 5

Dumbbell chest press – 1 x failure
Dumbbell flies – 1 x failure
Scapula push-up – 1 x failure
Push-up stretch – 1 x failure

BODYWORK

Over the years, as a mental health coach, I realised I have a natural ability to find and work pressure points.

Maybe it comes from my background as a competitive athlete and knowing the body so well — but whatever the reason, I’ve been able to help people release tension in both body and mind through head, foot, and overall pressure point massage.

 

This is an in-person service available in Zurich.

My rates are simple:

 

  • 60 minutes — 100 CHF

  • 90 minutes — 150 CHF

 

You can also book combinations:

 

  • 1 hour training + massage — 199 CHF

  • 1 hour mental health coaching + training + massage — 299 CHF
